Ads Studio Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Insignificant Figures Apparel Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through Insignificant Figures Ads Studio (“Ads Studio”), our private advertising and creative-management application, including its Meta integration (App ID: 1442303924024627). Ads Studio is restricted to its authorized owner. Publishing this policy does not make the application or its saved business data publicly accessible.

This policy covers Ads Studio. Shopping and other activity on our online store are covered by the store’s separate privacy policy.

1. Information we process

  • Sign-in information: the account identifier, email address and, where provided, display name supplied by our authentication provider to identify the authorized owner.
  • Meta connection information: granted permissions, selected business and advertising assets, account and Page identifiers and names, connected Instagram identity details, access tokens, token expiry information, and the developer-app credentials supplied to establish the connection.
  • Advertising and catalog information: campaign, ad-set and ad settings; budgets and delivery status; targeting, placement, attribution and tracking settings; creative text, images and destination links; pixels and product sets; catalog products and variants; and advertising reports such as spend, impressions, link clicks, conversions and attributed purchase value. Reports may include aggregated breakdowns supplied by Meta, such as age range, gender, placement or device.
  • Information the owner provides or saves: product data and mappings, artwork and reference images, creative briefs and prompts, feedback, approvals, experiment notes, source links, requested actions, review plans and execution history.
  • Operational information: timestamps, connection and permission status, error information and audit records. Hosting and authentication providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security or session information, to operate and protect their services.

The information available through Meta depends on the permissions granted and the assets the owner is authorized to access.

2. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate the owner, connect authorized business assets, retrieve and analyze advertising results, map products to catalog items, prepare and carry out authorized advertising changes and schedules, manage creative and product-production workflows, and keep records of approvals and actions. We also use operational information to diagnose errors, protect access and maintain the application.

Advertising changes and product publication are carried out under the owner’s authorization. Data retrieved for a requested analysis may be returned to the owner in Ads Studio or through the connected ChatGPT workflow.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the application and complete requested actions:

  • Meta: provides the authorized advertising, business-asset and catalog data and receives advertising or catalog-management requests.
  • OpenAI / ChatGPT: provides the connected assistant, authentication and application-hosting workflow. When the owner uses the ChatGPT connection, requested records, reports, prompts, images and tool results may be processed within that workflow under the applicable service terms and account settings.
  • Cloudflare: provides application execution, database and file-storage infrastructure used by Ads Studio.
  • Shopify, Printify and our connected Print Studio: may receive product, artwork and production information when the owner requests related product or publishing workflows. Shopify also hosts this public policy page.

We disclose information as needed to provide these functions, follow the owner’s instructions, protect the application, or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data. Information independently held by these providers is also subject to their own privacy policies and service terms.

4. Storage and security

Ads Studio restricts access to its authorized owner and associates saved records with that owner’s account. Stored Meta access tokens and app secrets are encrypted by the application. The application uses HTTPS connections and access checks for its private data and files. These measures reduce risk, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Retention and disconnecting

Saved product mappings, artwork, reports, experiment notes, review plans and audit history are retained to support ongoing operations, comparisons and troubleshooting, until removed through a verified deletion request or administrative cleanup, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement.

Using Ads Studio’s Meta disconnect function removes the stored access token and clears the selected Meta assets and permission state. Disconnecting does not automatically erase previously saved records, artwork, audit history or the stored app configuration. To request removal of those records, follow the instructions below. Revoking access at Meta stops future access through that authorization but does not itself delete copies already saved in Ads Studio.

6. Data deletion and other privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by Ads Studio by emailing info@insignificantfigures.com.

  1. Use the subject “Ads Studio Data Deletion Request” for a deletion request.
  2. Provide the email address associated with the application connection and enough information to identify the account or records concerned. You may include the relevant Meta business, Page or ad-account identifier if known. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
  3. Specify whether you want all information associated with the connection removed or only particular records. You can also disconnect Ads Studio and revoke its access in your Meta account settings to stop further retrieval.

Requests are handled manually. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority over the affected account. After verification, we will process the applicable access, correction or deletion request and communicate its outcome. If information must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we will explain that limitation and restrict its use accordingly.

Deleting records from Ads Studio does not itself delete original campaigns or posts at Meta, products at Shopify or Printify, or conversations and files held independently in ChatGPT. Those records can be managed through the relevant service’s controls or privacy-request process. You may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; contact us to exercise them.

7. Cookies and this public page

Authentication and hosting services may use cookies or similar session technologies to provide access and security. This public page is hosted on our Shopify store and may use the store’s cookie and privacy settings. Viewing this page does not authorize Ads Studio to access your Meta account.

8. Contact and changes

For privacy questions or requests, contact Insignificant Figures Apparel Co. at info@insignificantfigures.com or through our Contact Us page.

We may update this policy as the application or its practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
